This equipment is used to sterilize grains, wholes, chips, chopped, sliced, roughly ground, and powdered foods (from a few millimeters to about 10 microns) such as health foods, functional foods, dried vegetables, herbal medicines, and herbal medicines. Sterilization is performed in a short time in an airflow using superheated steam, so the materials can be processed with less damage.

Principle (Airflow Sterilization)
Airflow sterilization is classified as steam heating sterilization, which is one of the heat sterilization methods.
It is a method that uses superheated steam, which is saturated steam further heated. It is also called airflow superheated steam sterilization, superheated steam sterilization, superheated steam sterilization, SHS sterilization, etc. There are dry heat and moist heat methods for heat sterilization, and superheated steam combines the advantages of both, so airflow sterilization has the following features.
It has the sterilizing effect of a heating method, but does not wet the object more than necessary.
Unlike sterilization using radiation or gas, sterilization using superheated steam is safe.Sterilization is carried out in a short time and in an oxygen-free environment, so there is very little loss or oxidation of active ingredients.
