The Robot Sifter RPS-01 is a sieving particle size distribution analyzer that automates the process from sample input to sieving, weighing, and calculation.
The sonic sieving principle reduces friction between the sample and the sieve mesh, and sieving can be performed without destroying particles, compared to vibration and low-tap sieving methods. Measurement results are displayed on the operation panel and output to various printers.

・Automatic Measurement
The measurement is fully automated, from weighing the sample, sieving, calculating, to printing out the data. The operator simply sets the sample and presses the start button to complete the measurement.
More efficient screening
Due to the effect of mechanical pulse, the sieve mesh is less likely to become clogged compared to low-tap and electric vibrating screens, and sieving time can be shortened.

Measurements can be performed without destroying the sample
The sample undergoes vertical vibration during measurement, which reduces friction between the sample and the sieve mesh, preventing damage to the sample and slowing down wear on the mesh.
・Suppresses static electricity and prevents sample clumping
By changing the frequency of the sound waves and adjusting the rise and fall times of the sound waves, it is possible to control the sample so that it does not become charged.
・Prevention of data tampering
Users can be assigned to each person in charge, and operation logs for each user are recorded on the device itself. In addition, to prevent tampering with measurement data, the device does not have a function to edit data from the device itself. The data management PC software can also be changed to DI-compatible software as an option.

The input voltage to the device is compatible with AC100 to 240V.
