Pin type crashing machine without screen
What is exceed mill ?
Normally, Impact crashing machine use screen. Exceed mill can crash without screen. Because many pin rotate by high speed.
Problem of screen type.
(1)Screen type can adjust crashing size easily. In addition, screen size is maximum φ0.3mm.
(2)In case Screen type, Crashing powder is stay inside crashing chamber. Powder is crashed again and again until pass screen.
Oily and high moisture powder is not pass screen.
In case not using screen
Exceed mill can crashing until 20micron.
No need consider heat efficient because powder is crashed just through pin.
Oily and high moisture powder prevent from adhesion because of centrifugal force of pin.

Exceed mill have 2 disc having pin.
(1)One-sided disk fixed type
(2)Both-side disk rotation type
